LEV7 documentation

Welcome

Learn what LEV7 is, how the protocol works, and where to go next.

LEV7 is a governance token linked to a verifiable points program. The token gives holders a voice in how the protocol's vault portfolio is managed, and the points program currently includes token rewards for eligible holders. The program is verifiable end to end: every calculation of points is derived from on-chain data, so anyone can independently reproduce the results.

Every LEV7 purchase pays a 3% fee. The protocol converts that fee into USDG and deposits it into an on-chain vault run by an automated strategy. Eligible holders earn points daily, and rewards under the points program are currently distributed in the form of vault share tokens.

What LEV7 offers

LEV7 does not offer or sell vault shares. The only asset LEV7 offers is its governance token, which is linked to a points program that currently includes token rewards. Reward mechanics may change over time.

Pre-launch

LEV7 is currently pre-launch. Interfaces, contracts, and documentation may change before production launch.

How it works

  1. Trade. LEV7 trades in a Uniswap v4 pool. A custom hook collects the 3% fee on every purchase and converts it into USDG.
  2. Deposit. The hook deposits the USDG into the LEV7 Dollar vault (LV7D) and receives newly minted vault shares in return.
  3. Manage. An automated trading engine deploys the vault's capital at a target of 7X leverage, following portfolio weights chosen by a weekly governance vote.
  4. Reward. Holders of at least 7,777 verified LEV7 tokens earn points daily, calculated entirely from on-chain data. The points program currently distributes vault share tokens as rewards, pro rata by points.
